For BiomEdge, KingIT Solutions developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem to manage the sale and processing of clinical tests. We engineered an end-to-end solution that connects a public e-commerce platform with a private, secure portal for managing results.
The primary challenge was to seamlessly integrate two distinct platforms: a public WordPress/WooCommerce webshop and a secure, custom-built user portal. The goal was to create a cohesive user journey while managing complex permissions for three different user types (Customers, Therapists, and Lab Staff) and automating the entire notification process.
The Outcome
The result is a streamlined, automated service platform that transforms a complex logistical process into a simple, user-friendly digital experience. The dual-platform architecture provides both a powerful sales front-end and a secure, functional back-end for sensitive data, establishing a new benchmark in the clinical testing market and highlighting our expertise in complex system integration.
